The purpose of an LCCA is to
estimate the overall costs of project alternatives and
to select the design that ensures the facility will
provide the lowest overall cost of ownership consistent
with its quality and function. Life-cycle costing (LCC)
is an analysis of the total cost of a system, device,
building, or other capital equipment or facility over
its anticipated useful life. LotusAutomation offers
LCCA to a range of clients and can provide the client
with a comprehensive assessment of anticipated costs
associated with a design alternative. The challenge
for us is to determine the economic effects of alternative
designs of buildings and building systems and to quantify
these effects and express them in dollar amounts fro
you our client.
LotusAutomation Life Cycle Cost Analysis assesses the
total cost of facility ownership. The LCCA performed
will take into account all costs of acquiring, owning,
and disposing of a building or building system &
assesses the design to determine which has the best
saving potential.
