review service which is a vital part of any project
ensuring errors and inefficiencies are highlighted at
the early stages. Our focus in performing a constructability
review rests in a thorough assessment of the following:
work sequences, completion of construction documents
& drawings, coordination of the documents among
the various disciplines, accuracy of lead time for materials
and equipment procurement, site restrictions and adequacy
of access.
All plans for the build and
bid are assessed by an experienced independent reviewer
within a specified timeframe. The constructability report
will then be forwarded to the project team and a meeting
scheduled to review the comments and determine any actions
and changes to be made before build and bid proceeds.
