LotusAutomation Ireland Ltd is founded Sligo Ireland offering switchgear & equipment manufacturing, maintenance & an industrial calibration services locally.

1993
Lotus Automation secures the first major technical services contract with a US fortune 500 Company. Our service offering is extended to include Operations, Maintenance & technical training.

1996
Increased business facilitates a move to larger premises. LotusAutomation employs over 60 technical staff & a technical field services division is established also.

1999
LotusAutomation wins first international technical services contract and LotusAutomation UK is established.
SI Division is unveiled.

2000
Entry into a vital marketplace is secured through a technical services contract with a multinational based in the US

2001
Our service engineering office in Massachusetts is opened and LotusAutomation USA Inc is established.

2003
A dedicated product sales division operated from the Sligo office. Partnerships with International suppliers are formed and industrial products are offered and distributed by Lotus Automation to our customers.

2004
Lotus AMC division is established, a new venture into Asset Management Consulting is undertaken by the company.

2005
The company moves location to new company headquarters at Marino House, Finisklin Business Park, Sligo
LotusAutomation acquires the electrical and mechanical division of JH Kelly construction company in Auburn MA and renames the company KM Kelly.

2006
LotusGroup USA offices opened in Washington State. LotusAutomation USA Inc & KM Kelly move to larger premises in Auburn MA also.

2006
Lotus sign agreement to acquire sister companies PO&M & PII based on US West Coast
