Lotus Asset Management Division supplies and sets up the Pragma On Key Enterprise Asset Management System for our clients. On Key is a best in class enterprise asset management system consisting of six functionally rich modules. The 6 modules are:

Each of the modules can be used as a stand-alone system with its own set of functionality and analysis tools or as a totally integrated system. This allows for a scalable solution appropriate to the clients specific needs and ensures that companies with limited assets only pay for what they use. On Key integrates seamlessly with ERP packages and other systems such as SCADA.
The backbone of any asset management system is the Asset Register. In many cases the register is difficult to maintain and inflexible once established. This leads to asset registers becoming both outdated and inaccurate, casting doubts on the integrity of the entire asset management effort. The On Key Asset Register is a multi level asset, multi site register that provides for complex asset configurations while it's functional features allows for simple manageability.
In many organisations the location, status, and detailed definition of physical assets is an ongoing challenge. The On Key Asset Identification and Assessment Module utilizes technology and information systems to provide a practical and efficient solution. Users can download a multi level asset register onto PDA's that can be physically correlated and updated while out in the field. User defined condition assessments can also be performed at the same time.
The On Key Asset Care Plan Developer simplifies asset register and maintenance schedule development and optimisation. Setting up component registers for assets can be both time consuming and tedious. The ACPD addresses this problem by attaching maintenance tasks to components rather than assets. An asset is then constructed using components drawn from its asset class, automatically creating its maintenance schedule. The ACPD is an invaluable tool in support of RCM and FMECA and schedule development.
The basis of any maintenance activity is the work management system that coordinates and controls the corrective, planned and predictive work activities. What differentiates On Key Maintenance Manager is its ease of use, flexibility, analysis power, comprehensive functionality, and integration into the overall On Key solution, particularly the ACPD module, together with rigorous development on the most current technology platform.
One of the challenges any organisation has is to manage how much capital it ties up in engineering spares inventory. On Key Materials Manager provides organisations insight into this challenge by ensuring the optimisation of stockholding and all transactions and processes associated with materials management.
On Key Performance Manager provides real time performance data and analysis tools that allow unique insight into the effectiveness of assets, products and operators by measuring Availability, Performance, Quality and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Information from On Key Performance Manager forms the basis for identifying, prioritising and justifying any improvements. Data is captured from PLC's on equipment enabling and immediate response to problems.
